EX-BAND MATES GONE, ROSE BUILDING NEW GUNS N' ROSES

So, Axl Rose is back in the studio working on the long-awaited next Guns N' Roses album? But where is the rest of GN'R? Turns out, with the exception of keyboardist Dizzy Reed, they're nowhere in the vicinity. And won't be.
In fact, guitar wizard Slash is busy putting together his own new band. And bass player Duff McKagan already has a CD due out on Geffen Records in October.
The new Guns will be - barring unforeseen changes - guitarist Robin Finch, formerly of Nine Inch Nails, former Replacements' bass player Tommy Stinson and drummer Josh Freeze. Rose is working with the hot producer Youth on the new GN'R Geffen Records CD due for release next year.
