I was in Montreal. That picture was taken from the hill Mont Royal which I assume has given the name of the city.

I was surprised by how large it was, and how it creates a great place for people to hang out in the middle of the city. Usually big buildings can be cool to look at, but with this building its entire top surface was designed for people to walk, sunbathe and relax. Like a huge park made out of marble.
