Hahaha Officially we don't eat horses here. Unofficially they can put in sausages, salami & other processed food anything. Of course food is prepared and controlled according to EU rules. On paper at least.

But on the other hand you can say that Bulgarians are pork people meaning that we eat every single part of the pig including feet & ears.
