Voiceover: Adam Curry bringing you the Metal Detectors. Guns N' Roses has knocked Van Halen's OU812 out of the number two spot on Billboard's album charts as the first band since Led Zeppelin to even crack the top 10 without releasing a single, but the band is already getting set to make another record. Axl filled us in on that.

Axl: Well, we have an EP out called Live Like A Suicide and it's four song EP, but what we're going to be doing now is releasing another EP called GN'R Lies and putting the two together, four on one side, four on the other. [someone in the audience saying something] Yeah, the subtitle is The Sex, The Drugs, The Violence, The Shocking Truth, just because we really like that title.

Voiceover: Well, their new album should be out by October and fans in Irving, Texas, can see Guns N' Roses play with a motley crew of bands including INXS and Ziggy Marley, they will be performing together at an outdoor festival on September 17th.
