Last month, Slash mentioned that there was going to be a summer tour in 2023:

Guns N’ Roses will headline American Expresspresents BST Hyde Park for the very first time on Friday 30 June.
Get on the Nightrain for the first shot at tickets.
Hyde Park Nightrain presale starts 5th of December @ 10 am local time.
Active NIGHTRAIN members will see their UNIQUE presale code displayed on the TOUR page after logging in.

So seems that the (3 times) postponed show in Glasgow has been rescheduled somewhere around that date.
I suppose more dates will be announced in the next few days.

Duff confirmed on his Sirius XM radio show that aired on Dec. 30 that GN'R are going to play Glastonbury in 2023 (strong rumours have been floating around for a while, but it hasn't been officially announced yet):

The tour dates have been announced: 16 dates in Europe+Israel (17 with Glastonbury, which is yet to be announced) and 22 dates in USA+Canada:
