Reunited Guns N' Roses Adds Mexico City Date

Guns N' Roses has added another North American show to its 2016 itinerary.

The reunited band — featuring singer Axl Rose alongside guitarist Slash and bassist Duff McKagan — will play Mexico City on April 19.

As previously reported, Guns N' Roses will be one of the first acts to play the new T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, set to open April 6. They will play at the venue on April 8 and April 9.

Guns N' Roses is reportedly negotiating with promoters to play as many as 25 stadiums in North America this summer. For the tour, GN'R is said to be asking as much as $3 million per show, with tickets topping out in the $250 to $275 range.

Meanwhile, The Pulse Of Radio reports that the instrumental members of Guns N' Roses — including Slash, McKagan and more recent drummer Frank Ferrer — are rehearsing for the upcoming reunion shows without Rose. The frontman has yet to join the group in the rehearsal studio and it's not clear at the moment which other members are also present, if any.

Guns N' Roses Adds Second Mexico City Show

Guns N' Roses has announced a second show in Mexico City. Due to popular demand, Axl Rose, Slash and Duff McKagan will take the Foro Sol stage for an encore performance on April 20. Tickets for the show will go on sale starting February 16, but members of the GN'R fan club Nightrain will get access to concert tickets for the show before they are available to the public.

Starting February 12 at 11 a.m. local time, Nightrain members have exclusive pre-sale access to the April 20 show in Mexico City, Mexico at Foro Sol. A password is required to access this pre-sale opportunity. Current members will receive this access code five minutes before the pre-sale begins. Please note, this is a one-time use code good for up to four tickets. Codes are for paid members only. Any codes used by fans who are not Nightrain members will be nullified.

Guns N' Roses has so far announced six headlining performances in April, including two in Las Vegas and two at California's Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, with original members Axl Rose, Slash and Duff McKagan slated to perform together again for the first time in 22 years.

The rest of the band's lineup for the shows — and a potential tour later in the year — remains unclear, although keyboardist Dizzy Reed, guitarist Richard Fortus, keyboard player Chris Pitman and drummer Frank Ferrer are all believed to be involved.
