Hmm, it should work if you just go to Profile -> Preferences and then choose 'No' under 'Notify by e-mail when a new message has arrived in my inbox'. If this doesn't work, then go to Profile - Tpic(s) Being Watched', mark all topics and choose 'Stop watching the selected topics'. The problem with this last method is that you will have to do it for each new thread you post in . The first method should be sufficient...

My experience is that changing the preference in the setting only prevents you of getting mails about threads you haven't posted in before.
