Auch im Olympiastadion weicht er ab und an noch auf eine Oktave tiefer aus – und klar, so mühelos wie früher rasselt er sowieso nicht mehr die Tonleitern auf und ab. Aber ansonsten zeigt sich der kürzlich 60 Jahre alt gewordene Rotschopf bestens gelaunt und fegt fleißig über die Bühne. Und sein Chefgitarrist Slash? Der scheint im Gegensatz zu Rose nicht zu altern. Mit Zylinder, Lockenpracht und Pilotenbrille feuert der Altstar gewohnt lässig seine Soli aus den Fingern – während über ihm auf der Bühne die Flagge der Ukraine zu „Civil War“ im Wind weht.
