Guns n' Roses and Jane's Addiction to perform in Lima, Peru

Rock bands Guns n' Roses and Jane's Addiction will perform in Lima on March 25, 2010, in the Monumental Stadium Esplanade, according to the Peruvian businessman Alberto Menacho.
Alberto Menacho, entrepreneur from Artes & Eventos, responsible of the arrival of the bands in Peru, revealed that after a long negotiation he managed to get Guns N’ Roses to finish their Latin American tour in Lima.
He told El Comercio that both bands will offer complete concerts, ruling out the version that Jane's Addiction was to be only the Guns n' Roses supporting band.
The tickets will be on sale starting during the first weeks of January, and prices will range from S/. 50 soles (some US $16 dollars) to S/. 600 soles (US $200 dollars).
Menacho said that this is the proof that “Peru has very good production” to organize such events.
Guns N' Roses' last world tour, in 2006 and 2007, took in 60 shows in 26 countries and was the band's first full tour since 1993.
