Now we just need a review or something proving that the show actually happened and wasn't cancelled at the last minute. [Even if it were cancelled Marc Canter is likely to have mentioned it in his book, because he did that on another occasion… I will reach out to Marc and ask].

I guess the question is whether GN'R eventually played, because I don't think the entire show would be cancelled.

A member of Damn Yankees says in Desi Benjamin's book that his band were to play a show with GN'R and GN'R didn't show up. He says the show was at Raji's, though, not Music Machine.
