Not from abroad, I am afraid. I regularly fly KLM from Amsterdam, but it is not cheap.

You can get cheap tickets from Oslo to Trondheim, but it is usually not cheap to get to Oslo.

Well Ryanair flies from Brussels Charleroi to Oslo Rygge for as little as 52 euros round trip.
With KLM it seems to be at least 225 euro from Amsterdam to Trondheim.

€52 roudntrip to Oslo is good. And then a roundtrip to Trondheim (from Gardermoen, Oslo) would be as little as €50. I don't know if you can go from Rygge to Trondheim.

I have never been to SF. I am on opposite coast of U.S., latitude more North? and maybe as far from SF as I am from the English Channel. Have one of those 5 beers for me. I could use one right about now but have to drive.

I didn't manage 5 beers, I collapsed at 8 pm after 1. And now I am awake at 5 am. Gotta love jetlag.
