I like what he says about a new record next year, hopefully, and that some of the music they have made came AFTER the CD sessions. Interesting!

Nothing too concrete (as usual), but it really begins to look like the "plan" is to release something in the not-too-distant future! sfhaetdj

Can all the rumours be more or less correct? Yes, I guess so:

GN'R releases a new record in 2016 with or without any touring (he would then need a few new band members). Slash releases his next record, without or without touring. Reunion in late 2016/2017.

Do I believe it? Nope.

All we know for sure is that Slash and Axl is closer, and that Dizzy, Frank and Richard claims they will be releasing new music. It is not a lot to go on.
